Moment of Match lets an event host run a quiz that matches guests with each other (romantic, platonic or business). Hosts create events; guests answer a quiz and are paired by our matching algorithm, revealed live at the event.

When you take a quiz we collect the details you provide and your answers:

• Your name, email and (optionally) phone number.
• If the host enables it, your gender and orientation — used to make matching respectful and relevant.
• Your answers to the quiz questions.

• To compute your matches for the event.
• Your first name is shown to the guest(s) you match with, and on screen during the live reveal.
• The event host can see the details and answers you submit — they are the organiser of the event you chose to join.

After the reveal you may optionally pay £1.00 to see a names-only ranking of how compatible you were with the other guests at your event. No contact details are shown — first names only.

You can choose to share your contact details with your match. We will only reveal contact details when both people have opted in. If only one of you opts in, nothing is shared.

Hosts pay per event by guest tier; guests may pay the optional £1.00 upsell. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because access is granted immediately, these purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Event data is stored to run the event and is associated with the host’s account. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact the event host or us at the address below.
